This is what happens with poor hygiene & poor application. Little lash mites come out & deposit gunk on your lash line! If it looks like dandruff in the eye, have your lashes removed immediately & call the salon ASAP!

May look OK to the untrained eye, but these are all glued together with no room for lash growth. You can see a bald patch where her lashes have been ripped out! Ouch! Also the stylist mustn't know how to apply the tape under the eye as this is way too much!

Again, this may look OK to the untrained eye but these lashes have been poorly applied, crooked, pointing in different directions. Messy!

Might not cause any damage, (unless a few lashes are stuck to the glue) but nowhere near enough lashes have been applied and no graduation in length.
